HOW TO CHECK THE MODEM EVENT LOG:
Open an Internet browser. In the address field, type in:
(for Motorola routers):
192.168.100.1
(for Motorola modem/router combos):
192.168.0.1
Click
Enter
The default username is:
admin
The default password is:
motorola
(all lower case)
Click Login.
Click the "Advanced" tab on the top right side.
Click STATUS > EVENT LOG
If you see the T3/T4 errors, you will need to call your Internet Service Provider.
You can take a screenshot and save the event log, then email it to our technical support team for analysis.
