How to connect to your wireless network using your MG7540:

Look on the bottom of the MG7540.  There is a white sticker, and you should see "Wireless Network Names (SSID) for 2.4G and 5G.  Then you will see "Wireless Security Key/Password" underneath that.  These are listed on the right side of the label:

For your 2.4G devices, the name of your wireless network will be to the right of "2.4G."
In the picture above, the 2.4G wireless network name, or SSID, for this particular modem is MOTO1096.
The 5G name, or SSID, is MOTO1096-5G.

The 2.4G has a longer range but less total speed.  The 5G network has a reduced range but much better speeds.  Also note if your network card does not support 'dual mode,' you most likely will not see the 5G network name (SSID) as an option on your list of wireless networks available.

Below the network names you will see the "Wireless Security Key/Password."  That is the default wireless password and is unique to your modem.  You should be able to connect to your wireless network using that security key (if your unit is properly setup).
