Where can I find the User Name Password and IP Address to log into my modem or router to make changes

If you need to login to your Motorola device, the login information is shown on the sticker located on the bottom of your device.

The login information will always show the IP Address, User Name and Password. *Wireless Network Name (SSID) and Wireless Security Key/Password is the information to connect to your wireless network only!

Motorola cable modem and router devices have the default login of:
Username:   admin
Password:    motorola

If you cannot login to your device, you may need to perform a factory reset.  Instructions HERE

If you do not see your model number listed, look for the IP Address, Username and Password.  Default is Username: admin, Password: motorola.
